Membership Fees for the 2013 season

Junior Under 17, Under 14, Under 12 and Under 9 age categories £7

Competitors run in the age group, determined by their age on 1st May 2013 and remain in that category for the whole of the 2013 season.

Please note that a 24 hour period must elapse before received applications become valid.
Applications received at any race will be processed the following day and will not qualify for championship points

Completed application forms should be returned to the Membership Secretary at the following address with the appropriate fee (cheques made payable to BOFRA).

ALL RUNNERS must register for each race on the day, with their name and race number. You can download a copy of the registration form Adobe Reader needed here.

The following race fees apply to all BOFRA organised races runners:

  • Juniors £1
  • Seniors £3
The entry fees for races which take place at shows and galas vary. Please check the relevant web page for details

Please note: The application form carries the following disclaimer which should be signed by each
applicant (or responsible parent for runners under 18).

"All BOFRA races are run in accordance with the rules and safety requirements of BOFRA and/or the FRA. I confirm that I will familiarize myself with the Organiser's information and requirements in connection with each race. I confirm that I have navigational skills appropriate for each race and will carry throughout the race any equipment specified either by BOFRA, the FRA Safety Requirements or by the organiser. I accept the hazards involved in fell running and acknowledge that I will enter and compete in each race at my own risk. Other than the Organiser's liability for causing death or personal injury by negligence, I confirm that I understand that the Organiser accepts no liability to me for any loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of my participation in these races.".
